At HARLEN, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read the information below for full details on our shipping options and delivery timeframes.

Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship internationally.

Dispatch Times

Orders are processed and dispatched on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment confirmation.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Options & Estimated Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, adverse weather, or high demand periods.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@harlen.co.uk.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot. If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents and contact us at hello@harlen.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt. If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will liaise with the carrier on your behalf.
